How to find happiness is a question I am sure is asked by almost everyone at some point in time. This might be so because happiness is a state of mind we all want to enjoy all the time. What most do not realize is, happiness can be learnt. Although circumstances in life do not allow us to be happy all the time, we can choose, plan and organize our life to be happy most of the time.
