Know that if you do not live within the scope of today, your thoughts will be scattered, your affairs will become confused, and your anxiety will increase. These realities are explained as “When you are in the evening, do not expect to see the morning, and when you are in the morning, do not expect to see the evening.” The Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius once wrote, “Every person’s life is in the present. For the past is done and spent with, and the future uncertain.” 2. Focus on what you’re doing and not the opinions of others. Don Miguel Ruiz wrote, “”Don’t Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.” Or that, “Do not be shaken by criticism; instead, be firm. Be sure that in proportion to your worth, the level of people’s criticism rises. Also, make good use of criticism in discovering your shortcomings and faults, and let it drive you toward self-improvement. 3. Learn from your mistakes. Everything happens for a reason so that we may learn from it. Being Happy Where You Are Now
I choose to be happy everyday no matter how bad I felt or how difficult the situation may be especially after I have made the Law of Attraction as part of my life. Every time I wake up in the morning I told myself that I am going to have a wonderful day even just seeing the sun shine outside my window because endorphins are naturally released and a “feel good” sensation spreads throughout my body.
